1. About CrediGo
CrediGo ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian mortgage comparison and financial tools platform. We provide free calculators, educational resources, and a marketplace connecting consumers with licensed mortgage brokers and financial professionals.
CrediGo is not a licensed financial adviser, credit provider, or mortgage broker. We do not provide personal financial advice. All calculator results and AI-generated content are for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CrediGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Calculator & Financial Tools Disclaimer
Our calculators (including borrowing capacity, stamp duty, FHOG eligibility, LMI, and all other tools) provide estimates only. Results are based on general assumptions and publicly available government thresholds. They should not be relied upon as financial advice.
Government grants, stamp duty concessions, and scheme eligibility criteria change frequently. Always verify current eligibility with your state/territory revenue office or a licensed mortgage broker.
5. AI-Generated Content
CrediGo uses artificial intelligence to provide insights and suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. It does not constitute personal financial advice and should not be the sole basis for any financial decision.
6. Deal Room & Professional Matching
CrediGo is a marketplace facilitator that connects users with professionals across multiple industries. We do not hold any professional licence and do not endorse, guarantee, verify, or take responsibility for any professional's qualifications, services, advice, or conduct.
Before engaging any professional, always independently verify they hold the appropriate licence for their service type:
- Mortgage brokers: Australian Credit Licence (ACL) — verify at ASIC Connect
- Financial advisers: AFSL or authorised representative — verify at ASIC's Financial Advisers Register
- Real estate agents: State/territory real estate agent licence — verify with your state property services regulator
- Conveyancers: State/territory conveyancing licence or solicitor admission — verify with your state regulator
- Builders: State/territory contractor/builder licence — verify with your state building authority
- Architects: Registration with the state Architects Board (ARBV, AAB, etc.)
- Insurance brokers: AFSL with insurance authorisation — verify at ASIC Connect
CrediGo does not take referral fees or commission payments that would constitute a credit referral arrangement under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, calculators, algorithms, and design elements on CrediGo are our intellectual property. You may use our tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our tools or content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CrediGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CrediGo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
