- Lend money, arrange credit, or act as a mortgage broker
- Hold an ACL, AFSL, or TPB registration
- Guarantee or endorse any professional listed on the platform
- Make lending decisions or approve loan applications
All credit and professional services are the sole responsibility of the licensed professional you choose to engage with.
4.How Professionals Are Selected
All professionals on CREDIGO must provide valid Australian licence details during onboarding, complete our profile verification process, and agree to our platform terms of service.
CREDIGO verifies licence information against publicly available registers. Always independently verify a professional's licence before engaging their services.
5.Fee Structure
For consumers: CREDIGO is completely free. No sign-up fees, subscription fees, or hidden costs.
For professionals: Professional accounts are currently free during our growth phase.
Commissions: CREDIGO does not receive commissions or referral fees from lenders or financial product providers. If this changes, we will update this disclosure.
6.How Your Data Is Used
- Your data is used to provide platform services and match you with professionals
- We never sell your personal information
- Data is only shared with professionals you choose to engage with
- All data is encrypted and stored on Australian servers
